I'm having a friend over and making a red jungle curry, jasmine rice and a Thai iced tea coffeecake (ha).

I'm such a slacker in this thread,. I'm having Amy's marghuerita pizza (the new non-gluten free one with Daiya)

Very tasty! If this had spinach and mushrooms, it would be best vegan pizza. The crust is wonderful. I know the gluten free rice crust is great for gluten free people, and I feel mean complaining, but it's nice to have a wheat crust. They put on the perfect amount of Daiya too--just enough to be a little cheesy, not so much that it's drowning in it.

Molly is picky the Daiya off, as she always does. I'm not sure if she actually likes eating it or just likes playing with it. She rolls it into tiny little Daiya balls.

Today was two for one falafel wrap day at the place down the road from the office, so I had a wrap for lunch and one for dinner. And baklava.

I love this recipe so much. It's my go to cheezy sauce now. I love it over a baked potato and baby Lima beans. (Or peas for you crazy Lima haters)

Ha! I figured you just quoted it because it was awesome and worth quoting and needed no further explanation.

Looking forward to tonights meal. Chickpea cutlets, polenta stuffing (AFR), sherry beans (ISI), and roasted brussels. Also some left over homemade breadsticks that I made last night.

Pumpkin soup, pretzels, and a banana smoothie. My friend called tonight and asked what I was doing. I said "freezing bananas" and he asked if I had the heater on because he thought that was slang for "I'm cold."

I like that. I'm going to steal it. Especially since freezing bananas seems a full time job here lately with all the smoothie consumption.

I was lazy: Udon noddles and tofu from noodles & co. I didn't have time to come home tween school and GED.

Leftover red lentil soup (super basic, red lentil, carrots, onion, garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice - surprisingly yummy) and toast with EB soldiers to dip in. Num num.
