Sautéed broccoli and kale with adzuki beans. Sauce if miso, agave, and sesame oil. Tossed in some cold radish slices and pea shoots since we had them. Tasted like early summer.

What's "EB"? I've been looking for a good naan recipe.

Made Esme's sauce today for the first time, with pasta. I was convinced before I made it that I would hate it since I'm not a big fan of nooch & the thought of combining it with miso and tahini sounded pretty gross. But with pretty lean cupboards & a strict budget I gave it a go. Imagine my surprise when I loved it. No wonder so many PPKers rave about it. Easy and super yummy.

I'm having a friend over, so: a salad with Salad Samurai's miso dressing, Chloe's Kitchen BBQ pineapple pizza, for dessert Mexican chocolate brownies and a strawberry-basil sorbet, and for drinks, a kiwi vodka cocktail!

I get so excited over meal planning when I'm having people over!

I assembled a very nice pizza for myself: pre-made crust topped with TJ's garlic and basil maranara, grilled onions, green olives, artichokes, garlic scapes, and AVC meltable mozzarella.

We had mustard veggie sandwiches from the local grocery store. I'm not going to lie, it was strangely outstandingly delicious.
