I'm making avocado potato salad because my coworkers are obsessed with it, and they'll probably adorably make some attempt at something vegan for me. We are going to play board games!

We're having a staff party and my boss promised me the caterers are bringing some vegan stuff. I'm curious/excited/wary.

Hehe. My boss forgot to mention there was a vegan to the caterers so she adorable went out herself and bought provisions for me: avocado salad rolls, brushetta and crackers, olives, and vegan chocolate cake. It was really sweet of her.

Lentil bolognese and pasta. I'm using up some bolognese from the freezer because the freezer is jam packed and I need the space.

Red wine kalamata tempeh from AFR with mashed potatoes and whatever is green and lurking in my fridge. Although preferably intentionally green rather than just mouldy...

I'm making a nice dinner tomorrow night for some omni friends. I know part of my menu but can you all help me plan the rest?

App--Some kind of crostini? Any ideas?
Entree--Pesto Risotto w/ Zucchini (Isa's recipe)
Side Dish--I'm open to ideas! Something to contrast the risotto?
Dessert--I was thinking Vcon Lemon Vanilla Pound Cake w/ Peaches since I just bought gorgeous Colorado peaches at the farmer's market today. But i'm open to suggestions!

Help me round out my menu!
