The kids had seitan portobello stroganoff while husband and I drank a vegaone smoothie because we pigged out at lunch today. Thoroughly depressing.

Most probably Mango BBQ beans, with I don't know what side... maybe spinach, or maybe I'll roast another cauliflower because I just love roasted cauliflower and I hope to initiate my boyfriend to the joys of Brassica oleracea vegetables.

Tofu and swiss chard, I'm following recipe that came in a TofuXpress email. It calls for paprika and onions. And a salad.

Some pan fried tofu, shallots, and peas covered in a jar of vindaloo sauce/gravy. It's really good, and uses up pantry food.

I need to make those mango BBQ beans soon. I forget about them.
Last night I made a tortilla pizza with TJ pizza sauce, small bit of Daiya, and Yves pepperoni. I'm not sure why I've never veganized tortilla pizza before. That used to be my preferred after late lab evening meal pregan. Still with the Yves though.
I've got some canned pineapple and will make up sme kind of BBQ tofu or tvp or whatever so I can do a BBQ one. I used to use a chopped up Morningstar Chik patty.

Ooh. Enjoy that Vitamix. Don't try to blend any metal spoons.
