Yummy. Just made a savoury soup with veggie broth, potatoes, cauliflower, diced tomatoes, sauteed garlic and spices, and fresh coriander thickened up with a little cashew butter. <3

Oh my! I want this now. It sounds amazing. I was planning a peanutty noodle dish with tofu, kale, and carrots. But now it doesn't sound as good as your meal. I might have to make that this weekend - pineapple salsa is the best!

They were[i[/i] amazing! Pretty much the best tacos I've ever eaten. Could hardly walk afterwards! And yeah, pineapple salsa rocks, I especially love the combination pineapple salsa + avocado!

How did you make this? I've made a jackfruit pulled pork thing before, and I'm intrigued by other uses too!

Last night I'd the old reliable 'pasta and sauce' - made with onions, garlic, chilli flakes, tomato puree, herbs, a tin of cherry tomatoes, a bit of passata, an orange pepper and chickpeas, it was delicious!

I think I'm gonna make a big fat tofu scramble with whatever veggies need using up and some roasted potatoes and cheezy noochy sauce. I'm hungry.

I cleaned out the freezer yesterday and made a casserole with penne, alfredo sauce from VYY, frozen spinach and leftover seitan roast from FFV (stuffed with walnuts, mushrooms and cranberries), so I'll be eating leftovers of that. With broccoli and peas.

Quinoa, mixed beans from a can, creamy horseradish dressing from AFR, fermented mixed veg. This could also go in the "I'm so vegan..." thread, couldn't it? It's a packed dinner, I'll be at the hospital tonight.

Tonight is going to be a green smoothie. I woke up too late to have one for breakfast, and I'm having a mad craving. So dinner it is.
