VEW Ma Po Tofu. It is sooooo good and very easy to make. I added dried red chilies cause we like things very hot, and added sichuan pepper at the end. Served over riced cauliflower with a side of garlic ginger spinach.

I had buffalo tofu wild 'thangs' with fries & dill sauce at a bar earlier and it was okay, nothing shabby, but nothing to write home about (except on a message board).

That sounds so good!

I think we're having tofu scramble with cheesy sauce. Or pesto. Or both. Not sure yet!

We are having the red thai tofu from appetite for reduction, with some peanutty type noodles, and green beans.

At least, this is the plan, haha. I have a sick kiddo so we'll see if it happens or not.

I made Afghan Vegan Boulanee and Cilantro Chutney. I cooked the boulanee filling (potato and leek based) quesidilla style in whole wheat tortillias. They were fabulous and the chutney was to die for. I'll definitely be making these again with extra chutney since we were all fighting over it. It was actually a super easy meal to make.

AFR's chickpea quinoa salad. Yum!

Does the nutrition info include the dressing?

I love that idea. I might have to do that and freeze them for comfort food cravings ;)

Gawd, I love roasted Brussels sprouts, I'm going to have to make those soon.

Tonight's dinner here was Veganomicon lentil salad, and a romaine salad with olive oil, lemon juice, greek seasoning and nooch. Yum. I feel sad for people who don't like nooch.
