Avocado dijon pasta salad, maybe cantaloupe and kiwi, and whatever I can think up that will go well with the pasta. It's for a picnic at the beach! (Everyone else is having something meaty, so I'm bringing my own for baby and me, which means whatever I like, and I don't have to accommodate any picky eaters!)

I had a smoothie and a banana with peanut butter. Too lazy and hot to cook.

All I want is guacamole! So that, with a ton of raw veggies for dipping.

I am so excited to make dinner tonight! Tomato rosemary scones, pattypan squash saute with tons of garlic and some kale, unavoidable (due to our lovely, but sometimes repetitive CSA) green leaf salad with bean sprouts and tahini-lemon dressing, mashed potatoes (totally stealing that from Ms. Sconed), and finally baked tofu with a garlic scape pesto. I have been dying to cook lately but haven't had the time or motivation, so today is the day to celebrate all this amazing summer produce. I love the summer because I don't have to follow recipes unless I want to. I mean, I know that garlic scape pesto will be amazing smeared on baked tofu. But I'm totally using the Vegan Brunch recipe for the scones.

Calzone, butter lettuce salad, and sprinkle cupcakes! Washing it down with a glass of wine and hoping the dishes will wash themselves.

Vega smoothie and a piece of toast. That's all that was appealing after a hot yoga class on such a hot day.

So far, a cider. Maybe some ice cream? Or a smoothie? Way too lazy to cook in this heat.

First, garlic fries and a cocktail at the local pub.

Later, steamed sweet potatoes in coconut milk curry sauce over quinoa and spinach.

One-pot-using-stuff-up-Greek-stew, because my dishwasher died yesterday and I had to wash all the dirty dishes from the past few days in it this morning, so I wasn't going to use more than one pot to cook diner. And the oregano and parsley plants are growing like weeds, so they sort of said Greek to me.
