Last night I made a big salad with Gardein strips and AFR Balsamic Vinaigrette. That dressing is so amazing I tell you.

Tonight I am making spinach dip (like the old school kind with water chestnuts). Bachelorette dinner.

I'm making a chickpea and spinach curry with brown rice tonight!

I'm super jealous of your ice cream... I'll be eating cantaloup for dessert.

Isa's roasted potato and fennel soup. Pretty much the only way I love fennel, and pretty much the easiest soup ever.

Leftover V'Con chickpea cutlets with mushroom gravy, AFR caulipots, corn on the cob and cucumber salad. I had omnis for dinner last night who raved! They posted on facebook "(Geeksweetheart) made a chickpea patty taste exactly like chicken fried steak, how is that possible?"
