My spouse made the best stir fry ever! Especially nice to come home to after a very long day of work. I wish I could eat twice as much, but I'm looking forward to leftovers tomorrow.

We're having a scary non-vegan friend over for dinner (not a scary person, but not really into food besides burgers and beer) and I'm making penne alla vodka and garlic bread with some roasted balsamic-brussels sprouts.

Yum! Everybody always loves penne alla vodka.

I'm thinking of making a tofurkey and Tofutti sandwich. I'm fancy tonight.

I know this is from like a week ago, but what recipe did you use for the Thai iced tea coffeecake? (By the way, the whole dinner + dessert sounds AMAZING.)

I found myself cooking & eating dinner during lunch the past two days for different reasons. Yesterday, it was Vietnamese lemongrass & hot chili beyond meat stir fry with napa cabbage and heaps of jasmine rice, and today it was.....instant mushroom ramen and half a can of IPA.

Moroccan Soup. I made a huge pot of it at the beginning of the week for easy lunches or dinners all week. It was the perfect thing to heat up after working until 8:30 tonight.

I'm in Vegas and we tried to have vegan pizza delivered to the hotel room after a long day of meetings to no avail. Outside the zones, alas. Ended up eating peanut butter, crackers, and a cider. Good stuff.

I'm having the Good Gravy Bowl from IDI. It will be with buckwheat instead of quinoa because I'm not feeling quinoa lately for whatever reason.
