I had tofurkey pizza last night. Seems a few of us had pizza on the brain.

I think I'll stick with sandwiches tonight unless I feel like making tofu scramble.

I had pizza last night too! Deep dish.....drool.

Tonight will be something a little lighter, the peanut tofu kale bowl from IDI. I am dreading having to wash aphids off my kale though. Ew.

Why didn't anyone tell me last night was pizza night?! I was ignorantly stuffing my face with delicious tacos, when I should have been stuffing my face with delicious pizza! What a tragedy!

I have another crust to use, so I'm honestly thinking tonight maybe! I don't know what to do to make it "taco".... Salsa instead of pizza sauce.... Is it weird to put beans on a pizza? I also have avocado, and peppers, and some daiya jalapeño havarti! Mmmmmmmmmm....

This might get fun

I use refried beans mixed with taco sauce as the base. Then soy crumbles or TVP made with taco seasoning and topped with avocado slices, red onion, and shredded lettuce. Maybe a little Italian dressing drizzled on top because that's oddly good.

I haven't tried with cheddar Daiya or cheezy sauce, but it bet the nacho sauce from IDI would be great.
