Sesame soba noodles, which turned out delicious. And broccoli, with sriracha sauce, because after 29 years I still don't like broccoli very much.

I have to do a clean out the fridge meal featuring the kale that has gotten out of control in my garden, but it's rainy and I don't feel like any massaged kale salad BS. I think I'll make a stew with mushrooms, kale, green beans, and garlic, which is pretty much the only fresh stuff I have left in my fridge!

Fridge cleaning sauteed fresh corn sliced off the cob with garlic, onions, jalapenos, cabbage, tomatoes, white beans, small red beans, and fresh garden herbs. Turned out quite well for a using things up meal.

Pizza bowls from IDI are on the menu for tonight. Thinking about an alternate grain. Planning to use tofurky sausages because I got busy earlier and didn't have time to make the steamy beamy sausages.

We had grilled kale, roasted asparagus (asparagus is still in season here! It's weird!), and chickpea cutlets with my cider barbecue sauce. And raspberry pie for dessert that my boss' daughter lovingly made vegan with the raspberries she grew herself.

Tonight we're going to be home late, so Korean barbecue Sol "chicken" and more kale (my kale plants are out of control) with a quick tomato-cuke-onion salad.
