I made the berry muffins from Vegan Brunch recently and they were really good. I subbed 1 cup of chocolate chips for the 1 1/2 cups berries. My daughter loved them.
The lemon blueberry corn muffins from VWAV are lifechanging. So so so yummy!

This weekend I made the banana muffins from my sweet vegan (subbing out sultanas and dried apricots for the dried bananas) and they are FANTASTIC. super yum, super yum. I make a lot of muffins, and these are a treat.
