Hi all- I'm still very new to the whole vegan thing, so I apologize for bombarding you all with a bunch of stupid questions.
Anyway, I'm wondering if there is a vegan version of an almond joy / mounds type candy bar out there. I spent too much time staring at the candy bars while stuck in line at target the other day and now I really really need some chocolate covered coconut! If there's nothing commercially available, does anyone have an etsy shop, or even a recipe so I can make my own?

Yes! Go Max Go Mahalo Bar. I can get these in the Natural Foods section of my grocery store, but check out their website to see where they're sold.

I found the other one I've seen, it is Sunspire. No almonds, just coconut.

Also, if you've got any mexican markets near you, they usually have coconut bars that are basically just sugar and coconut, and so so much cheaper than a fancy go max go bar type thing (even though those are delicious).

Thank you thank you all so much! I'm excited to know that there are so many options out there. I think that now I have a duty to make / buy as many of these as I can, do a taste comparison and post the results.

I'm going to second these. Often they are red, green and white striped. This past Xmas season, I pushed almonds into them and half dipped them in chocolate and gave them as presents.
