this morning was 2 nectarines, 1 date and banana cereal ( 2 chopped bananas, with 3 bananas liquidized in the food processor to make the 'milk')

The green monster smoothie (coconut milk, banana, mixed berries, flax seeds, spinach, and Wild Arugula) and a sliced of Dave's Killer Bread Powerseed with pure Almond butter spread :).

This morning I had a banana/peanut flour/rice milk smoothie. My mom bought me the rice milk, and now I remember why I hate rice milk: it's practically water, but mysteriously has a whole lot of calories. I'm trying to use it up in smoothies, but it makes me angry every time I pour it out of the carton.

I had peanut butter toast for first breakfast at 6:30, and then a banana/spinach smoothie for second breakfast at 9:30. I wonder if I can squeeze in a third breakfast before lunch!

I have never thought to season anything with black salt, other than tofu. Genius! Your breakfast sounds amazing.

Yep. I'm not desperately trying to keep weight on, so if I'm going to consume calories, I prefer them to be tasty, nutritious, or both. Rice milk doesn't seem to be either, unless it's fortified, then I guess it has some vitamins that I could have also gotten for no calories by taking vitamins.

I had half of a baked potato left over from last night's dinner and used it to make home fries, which I ate with my favorite tofu scramble.

It was more like brunch but it was stir fried veggies (cauliflower, zuch, mushrooms, peppers, garlic shoots and sweet onion) with russet and sweet potato hash browns. I fried it all up in coconut oil with some cinnamon, turmeric and sea salt. It was great.

I made sausages from soy, parsley, garlic, black pepper, tomato puree and olive oil and it really worked nicely. Had them oven baked with grilled tomatoes, shiitake mushrooms and baked beans.

Two breakfast cookies and a big cup of water. Though I might make peanut butter banana oatmeal in a little bit... for second breakfast. But it's nearly lunchtime anyway, so we'll see!
