My new protein breakfast: TVP porridge with soymilk and cinnamon. I had it cold this morning and it tasted pretty good. It is SO FILLING. Next time I'll add some fruit though.

today was zucchini noodles with arugula, raw baby kale, cherry tomatoes, 1/2 an avocado, sprouts and a lemony-tahini dressing.

i think i might give overnight oats a whirl for tomorrow's breakfast!

alrighty - i made mahself overnight oats: 1/3 cup oats + 1 cup almond milk + 1 chopped date + 1 tbsp chia seeds + 1 tbsp hemp seeds + chopped almonds.

not too shabby. i think i'm going to try walnuts instead of almonds next batch and i'm gonna cut up fruit to put on top before i eat 'em.

Oatmeal with crunchy peanut butter and cocoa powder mixed in. So good! Last night I made it too, and put in a tiny drizzle of coconut creamer!
ETA: Also had it with a banana mashed in!

Two rice cakes with homemade pumpkinseed butter and a small bowl of VWAV beet, barley and soybean soup. I love soup for breakfast! Gonna try and do that more often.

Coffee, and apple-cinnamon oatmeal with Sunland raspberry peanut spread (essentially raspberry-flavored PB). The raspberry stuff was an impulsive buy at the discount grocery store. . . I like it, but it's definitely weird. Basically it's like that Goober stuff (PB and jelly in the same jar) but with a homogeneous PB texture.

I love breakfast so much I had it twice today.

Big bowl of porridge this morning then a vegan fry for brunch at a vegan meet-up.
