Soda bread, coffee, and a banana. I wanted to do a scramble but the bread was calling my name.

I just developed an instant craving. I was craving the store bought stuff and baked my own for the first time... it's so easy and tasty! You should make some! I ate a tofu scramble with nooch, kale, onion, gimme lean, and hot sauce. Eating the rest of it for lunch.

It's just hit midday so I'm having a late one. Toasted turkish pide bread with avocado, wilted spinach, crispy tofu & a "yolky" sauce. And a big mug of Yorkshire tea.

Homemade peanut yogurt with a sprinkling of oatmeal and cinnamon. The peanut yogurt takes some getting used to, but after a few bites I really started to like it. It's very filling too, so I might make this more often since I have rejuvelac hanging out in the fridge anyway and peanuts are cheap.
