Had a green smoothie which consisted of three bananas, lots of frozen spinach, some frozen raspberries, two tablespoons of peanut butter and soy milk. Also four dried apricots on the side. Have so much energy now.

My options were toast or cereal. Neither sounded good so I've ended up with a bowl of pasta and tomato and chilli sauce. Not normal breakfast fare, but very tasty.

Still on an oatmeal kick (which is awesome, because it's so cheap!), and I put in a bit of cocoa, a banana, and a little dab of peanut butter. And a tiny drizzle of soymilk.

Coffee, and oatmeal cooked in decaf coconut chai tea, with sugar and PB mixed in. I'm really not impressed with the tea for drinking, but it makes for delicious oats.

Had a bit of extra time this morning, so I made blueberry scones from Vegan Brunch and brought the extras into work. Now everyone around me is happy and full of scones. I should do this more often.

This is my first lazy morning for weeks, so I made quinoa-apple-cinnamon breakfast porridge. I cooked it in almond milk and sprinkled hemp seeds on top. I also dug my old Italian coffee maker out of storage for some strong coffee with hazelnut coconut milk creamer on the side. Excellent breakfast!

That coffee sounds amazing, pistachiorose!

I had apple-cinnamon oatmeal with PB mixed in. And coffee, of course.

I had a crazy breakfast. Shake-n-bake homemade seitan, tempeh bacon, daiya cheddar wedge slices, homegrown tomato, basil & jalapeno all on home made whole wheat biscuits with mustard. Wowza!

Soaked oats, inspired by the recent thread here!

I did mine with plain soymilk, agave nectar, and cinnamon. Simple and delicious.

More or less this actually. Unfortunately, I only had butternut squash I'm sure pumpkin would have been better. Also, I used a small amount of brown sugar in the oatmeal itself and then topped it with a touch of maple syrup and chopped pecans.
