Two whole wheat mini-bagels with sunflower seed butter, apricot preserves, and raisins; a cara cara orange; coffee with vanilla soymilk.
I maintain that if you have never eaten a cara cara orange you are missing out, my goodness.

We made puffy pillow pancakes tonight and now we get to eat them for breakfast! I like mine kind of savoury with just earth balance and maybe some nooch.

Mixed greens, 1/4 avocado, roasted cauliflower and asparagus, all with a tahini-nooch sauce (just tahini, nooch, lemon, pepper, and water). Yum!

Whipped banana oats with some warmed berries and peanut butter.
Whipped banana oats are my new obsession. Like I thought I already loved oatmeal, but holy cow this stuff is amazing.

Cold roasted tofu (though if I'm eating it at 12:39 pm, it's probably lunch instead).

The recipe (and a video tutorial) is on this page. I'm not a big fan of Kath's blog, but her whipped banana oatmeal is delicious!

The video is super interesting. I can't wait to try this way of making oatmeal! It always seems that the way to make things is always best when you not follow directions. Much like my favorite way to make brown rice.
