Canned spicy black bean soup with leftover brown rice thrown in and toast. And I'm going to have the rest for lunch!

It's just baked oatmeal with cinnamon, soymilk & apple juice & a baked apple with dried cranberries and cinnamon.

Nice! I had much less fancy oatmeal with bananas and ground flax. And an iced coffee with soy.

Tomorrow is going to be a slice of gluten free chocolate zucchini bread, perhaps drizzled with maple syrup or spread with peanut butter.

Sprouted toast with cashew-fava bean hummus, sliced tomatoes, and lavender-lemon fleur de sel. I'm fancy.

Yummm.

My breakfast was boring and lazy. . . maple/ brown sugar instant oatmeal, and a cup of TJ's gingerbread coffee.

Salad with red lettuce and cucumbers and a fried PC blue menu scallopini, all tossed with italian dressing.

What?

What's this scallopini you speak of? I can't find it on the PC website... My interest is piqued.

I think it's Gardein, just repackaged. I've seen it at Superstore here in BC.

Yup, it's gardein but I think it's breaded a bit differently. And cheaper than gardein. In my store it's beside the falafel and the blue menu soy crumbles in the frozen burger section.

Hmmm, will have to keep my eye out. I've never noticed it here in NS.
