Ezekiel English muffin with HTCEV's crunchy guacamole. I really like this guac, this is the third consecutive meal I've had it with.

Gingerbread porridge: 1/2 banana, jumbo rolled oats, blackstrap molasses, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, water.
And a lot of green tea, to the point that I'm getting the sweats.

I am inspired by your porridge! Sounds way nicer than the plain boring porridge I had this morning :)

Leftover from dinner: red pepper and mushroom Vegg quiche in a filo crust. A banana. Tea. But I'm still hungry. I can't decide if I should kill off the rest of the quiche or have some sunflower seed butter on toast.

It tastes really good, I blend raspberries with the almond milk and use Chocolate Brownie Porridge oats (from Quakers) with chia seeds, cocoa and some raspberry syrup
