One of my favourite brekkies: Toast smeared with avocado and topped with smoked tofu (and some raspberries & blueberries on the side). Savoury bliss.

Amy's black bean burrito and black tea. The "buying my breakfast at work" breakfast.

Yum, I love those.

I had coffee, and Cinnamon Roll Cap'n Crunch with vanilla soymilk. PSA: Cinnamon Roll Cap'n Crunch is not quite as delicious as it sounds but still very good.

smoothie with banana, coconut water, soy milk, peanut butter and chocolate protein powder. It was nice but needed more liquid cuz it was too sweet. I also had green juice, i put in a tonne of spinach, carrots, a chunk of ginger, an apple and a pear.

I've been working my way through the baked maple apple pear oatmeal from OSG. Witha squirt of almond milk and strawberries on top it is pretty yummy.

I also used no apples or apple sauce to make it. All pear, baby.

tofu scramble on toast. Last time I had my tongue pierced I lived on smoothies and mashed potato for a week, this time I know that I really don't have to do that and it was fine. Just took me a while to eat it haha

Mango strawberry smoothie and leftovers from roasty soba bowl - just noodles/lentils/sauce, no cauliflower.

I didn't know such a thing existed. Is it key lime flavored icecream filling between cookies? Are the cookies chocolate, cause I don't see that going with lime.

I had hemp tofu scramble on whole wheat toast this morning.

The cookie part is vanilla, and the key lime filling is very mild. But yummy.

Vanilla cookie ice cream sandwich sounds so good. I'm not really into lime though. Maybe orange! Like a creamsicle.

Vanilla cookie with lime filling sounds really yummy to me. I'll have to look for these. I also like your orange idea ashley!

That sounds like my kind of party.

The lime really is super duper mild, you only get hints of it, really. I keep the box I bought at my MIL's house so I can only have one occasionally.

I looked on their web site to see what other flavors exist, and there is a vanilla-vanilla one! I need those right now! Oddly, the lime is not listed.

I got up late so shoved stuff in a bowl (leftover potatoes, refried beans, garlic salsa, peppers, sweet corn, bakn bits & violife cheese) and microwaved it when I got to work. Pretty nice

This week I've really been into the chickpea flour pancakes smeared with hummus and slices of avocado.

I made three of these on Wednesday and ate them all week with ketchup and franks and a piece of Wasa bread with PB or tofutti cream cheese on the side.
