I want some. Give (or link) me your favorite recipes. I have a really good fruit recipe I follow but I don't think it would be good with chips instead of fruit because the actual muffin is fruity and very sweet too.

I was just thinking about that this morning. I may follow a VWAV muffin recipe. I think there's a coffee flavor one? Or a blueberry one that I can just sub in chocolate chips. I might also just make it up myself based on my pre-gan ones.

VWAV has a mocha chip muffin and she notes that you can leave out the instant coffee and add cocoa.

The coffee chip in Vegan Brunch. Just leave out the coffee and see what they do. They are one of my favourite muffins.

It's not straight-up chocolate chip, but I suggest V'Con Lower Fat Banana Bread (the muffin variation) with chocolate chips folded into the batter.
