36 ounces crushed tomatoes
12 ounces canned coconut milk
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
2 teaspoons tamari
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon dried basil
Combine everything and whisk well.
Heat to serve.
(I use the soup setting on my blendtec to heat up without using a pot ;) You could also use an immersion blender. I have never tried unblended).
