Well now that that's settled, does anyone have a good recipe for the filling part of those PF Chang's wraps?
I dont have an exact recipe but here is what I use/do.
Garlic minced - lots
Ginger minced/grated - lots
Onion minced- not lots
Tofu not quite minced but not big chunks.
Regular White Vinegar
Soy Sauce or Braggs
A little agave
crushed red peppers
uncooked cellophane noodles
Cook ginger, garlic, onion til soft. Add tofu and some vinegar, soy, crushed red, agave and cook until hot. Remove from pan and put in serving dish
Add oil to pan and heat. Fry uncooked cellophane noodles until they puff up and get white and crispy. This literally only takes 1-2 seconds. It's pretty cool to watch.
Transfer to another serving dish
Assemble and dip in/pour on whatever asian sauces you like. I usually just mix some of the above liquids together with some spicy chinese mustard.
