I have 2 large bananas and a pineapple that are all overripe and need to be used ASAP. Coincidentally, I am also bringing a dessert to an event tonight. Any ideas?

My first instinct would be to make a banana bread or cake with finely diced pineapple either as a topping or baked right in. With coconut somehow - maybe coconut frosting? I don't have any recipes to share though.
