Make a PAC Man trail around the house and watch Molly gobble gobble.
Or, make cookies! Oatmeal cookies with apple pieces and broken pretzels. I think there is something similar in Isa's book, using dried. Fresh works too.

If you don't have that much motivation, they would be lovely sauteed with some earth balance, brown sugar, and cinnamon and poured over ice cream, cake, pancakes, or waffles. Mmmmm.

Chop them up and put them in a crockpot with some cinnamon and spices and sugar for easy apple sauce.
