I'm going to be spending the entire week of Thanksgiving camping in the desert. I'll have a dual burner camp stove and some cooking equpiment (a castie, soup pot, saucepan, etc), but obviously I won't be able to bake anything, and anything baked ahead of time will probably get eaten/go bad by the time Thursday rolls around. I know I won't be able to go ALL out, but I still want to have a nice little feast. I could probably do some mashed sweet potatoes easily, or caulipots (I hate that word), and maybe some steamed brussels sprouts (with nuts?), but I dunno. You guys are smart... Help me brainstorm!
