I'm looking for a really good pumpkin ice cream recipe. I've tried some in the past, but they just aren't as good as what I remember from my prevegan days. Can anyone recommend a recipe that's super tasty?

i haven't tried any yet (i'm rationing my pumpkin supply), but the recipe in Vegan a la Mode is probably the one i'll make first.
