I made the Chickpea Shawarma on Thursday (and blogged about it). I made wraps instead of pitas, but they were so so good. My husband and our guest went back for seconds (even knowing we had dessert). I had one for my lunch the next day (with some roasted cauliflower thrown in) and it was just as good. I even made it again the next night, subbing frozen chick'n pieces for the chickpeas, and it was so good that I almost ate Mike's before he could wake up.

I made the Moo Free seitan and Philly variation of the Pittsburgh Steak Sandwich yesterday. The seitan by itself was a bit bland, but it was really good in the sammiches.

I made the Oreo Wafflewiches for breakfast this morning. It was like eating half a pack of Oreos in one go, except with fresher cream filling so even tastier.

The links are to my more extensive MoFo posts about each, with bonus cat pics in the second!
