eta: i'm browsing food porn and recipes but all i can think about is desserts.

sweet main course?
e.g.:
pancakes
baked bananas
latkes with applesauce
pasta with poppy seeds (cook pasta, grind poppy seeds, bake pasta + poppy seeds in a pan, add 1 - 2 tablespoons confectioners sugar)

Do you like Mexican food? If so these beans will take all day and are so worth it.

do you like bread? then something yeasted, like the poppyseed pull apart rolls in vegan brunch...or a crazy stuffed seitan roast.
