OK I am ALMOST done with the PPK 100, but I haven't gotten many recommendations for individual recipes. Preferably recipes on blogs! What were your favorites this year?

Second. The butternut alfredo was my hands-down favorite recipe. It's on regular rotation around here.

I second the Butternut Alfredo. I only just made it last week, but I've been thinking about it all week. The leftovers were gone in record time.
I also really love the Chai Spice Snickerdoodles off the PPK blog. They are wonderful! (Thanks for dreaming up an EB-free snickerdoodle!)

It tastes exactly like the cheese sauce my mom made me as a kid to eat with my Lima beans and baked potato. I love you for this recipe. *this might not be hyperbole since its easy, tasty, comforting, and a great lunch, so I actually eat a healthy lunch more often. When the kids are brats and the classroom is cold, this stuff is perfect.

I know you weren't asking which of your recipes were our favorites, but I still have to say Butternut Alfredo!

I want to just say in general...trying out cookbooks from libraries/more and more vegan cookbooks being available at libraries.
Also, the Vegan Indian Cooking cookbook.

Miyoko's cashew fondue: http://www.artisanveganlife.com/?s=fondueI'm well on my way to converting some omnis with this recipe. In addition to fondue, it makes a great gratin and pizza cheese if you use water instead of wine. It's easy to make too since it doesn't require fermentation (I usually sub water with some vinegar for the rejuvelac)

i only became a vegan back in august of 2012. still in that short time, i have dubbed 2012 the year of the cashew. it's in everything! like many others, i developed an adult allergy to all nuts :( however, your sunflower seed mac n' cheeze is the bomb! it's gotta go on that list, if only to show that cashews really aren't all that ;)

Also, the Vegan Indian Cooking cookbook. Yes to getting vegan cookbooks at the library! I've been trying to stop buying books and it recently dawned on me that I can get cookbooks at the library. And my library will order books if you ask them to.

Bianca's cheesy scrambled tofu from Cookin' Crunk knocked the VwaV scramble out of my top scramble spot. It's now my go-to scramble recipe.
Also, in case it wasn't mentioned in the PPK 100 thread, pretty much the whole of Cookin' Crunk fills me with joy. I think it might become my new favourite cookbook. I plan on using it daily during my Xmas holiday.
