I've never seen it at any of the Asian grocery stores I go to, so I got mine at my HFS. I think you'd have good luck finding it at Whole Foods. (I got mine in bulk.)

I actually found mine at Meijer or Kroger. It is the Bobs Red Mill brand, so usually the health foods or baking section will have it. Here in Michigan, the Meijer has like three different sections where they sell Bobs Red Mill products. At Kroger they are all in one location.

Also, if a grocery store has a gluten free section, which most here do now, it'll be there
