What foods have you never had ? (That are or can be vegan)

I finally forking found some... I think... there were two different damn cans. I chose the green/young jackfruit. Don't know if Neo made the right choice. And, I don't know what to do with it now that it's in my possession.

I've never had soy curls and I haven't had a lot of ethnic foods like Ethiopian or Indian, etc.

Durian. I've had canned jackfruit, which was sort of flavorless and odorless. I've seen whole durian at asian markets but always been afraid to try it. But some day I will work up the courage to taste the custardy mellon with the aroma of rotting flesh!

Kale (but I have some in my fridge right now for a recipe!)
Soy Curls (actually have no idea what these are)
Morel mushrooms
Pork Rinds (thankfully)
Tofu Scramble

A really simple recipe is "Chicken" salad. Cube and steam the tempeh. Let it cool and mix in vegan mayo, quartered grapes, parsley, garlic and any other seasoning you want. Eat it on mixed greens or in a pita... simple and delicious!

Yes, durian, jackfruit, and soft persimmons. All the persimmons I've ever had are crunchy but I want sooooft persimmons!
Never had peanut stew, Ethiopian food (or really any non-North African food) or grits.

Dandelion greens.
Mustard greens (I've actually tried to find these to make a yam mustard greens soup from Vegan Soul Food but couldn't. I'll look again next summer..or whenevs they're in season).

Oh, lots of stuff I haven't tried like Daiya, soy curls, etc.and tons beyond that . It seems weird to buy dandelion greens to me, which is why I thought of them first. I see them all the time, but I remember when I was a kid, picking dandelions and thinking they're a common weed.
