anyone have a recipe that is TOFU-less? I need a NY style sort of recipe asap.

Like it can't have tofu as an ingredient or it can't even have soy-based cream cheese that contains tofu as an ingredient?

If it's the latter, a cashew-based raw cheesecake would probably be perfect. Well really even if it's not the latter. They're really good.

no I dont have any tofu on hand--I have a bit of tofutti and some homemade cream cheese on hand. I need it to go on top of a gingerbread cake of the same size...so I suppose I need a cooked non-tofu recipe...otherwise, my gingerbread is lonely.
