Hi! Just about every year for Thanksgiving, my friend makes Bryanna's faux turkey as our main dish. He's always a bit disappointed in the way the yuba skin turns out, though. It's always too chewy, and most people end up pushing it to the side of their plate. Does anyone else make this? Or have any suggestions on how to make it crispy and tasty rather than chewy? He does brush it with oil.
