I got this can some time ago when I mail ordered it because I was curious. It's a year passed its due date but it is still good. We opened it to make a Vietnamese coffee but now I have this open can and I don't know what to do with it. I never baked or cooked with condensed milk so I have no idea what to do. Has to be this weekend though, I'm sure it won't last long now that it's open.
That stuff is seriously good though. Too bad I can't get it anymore.

I'd probably freeze it. Make ice cubes you can put in coffee later.

There are a lot of caramel and other candy recipes that call for evaporated milk. Fudge?

I was going to suggest Thai coffee. I guess that's probably very similar if not exactly the same to the Vietnamese coffee, so how about more coffee? If you did hot last time, maybe iced this time, or the other way around. Making fudge or caramel is also an excellent idea. Or, worst case, just use it as all or some of the liquid in a cake batter.

Thai iced tea? Fake Bailey's?
I have a can of this stuff as well. It sounded awesome, and there are all kinds of recipes that call for sweetened condensed milk, but I keep waiting for the perfect awesome sounding one to use it. So it's probably a year past the exp. date too.
