French silk pie

Looking for your best French silk pie recipe. Preferably something fluffy/lighter, rather than dense like Smlove. Best whipped toppings recipes are welcome too. Merci!

It looks fluffier than other ones.

The one I made was this one, with a GF chocolate cookie crust: http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/2011/0 ... fudge-pie/

I added too much chocolate by mistake and it was dense but delicious.

I second Julie's choc pie. Haven't made it yet, but I have all my ingredients and the recipe printed out ;)
