I found several boxes of these at my 99 Cents Only store tonight, and they don't expire until November 2013. They're normally $4-5 at Whole Foods. Naturally, I bought them all, and now have half a shelf of EB in my fridge. Just in time for holiday baking!
It might be worth looking if you have one of those stores near you!

Which 99-cents only store? I'm one Sacramentan who likes cheap EB.

I used to get these all the time, but they stopped selling them over here...or somebody is just buying them up super fast.
