It was small, expensive, and somewhat chicken shaped(mildly browned on the outside it weighs about 2 lbs.) and a new item and I was curious so bought it having no clue on how it's prepared. It's good for 24 months in the fridge per the package so no rush! It say Su toan bo ga on the label(there are accent marks on some vowels which I don't know how to add). Anyone ever made a recipe with this?

I'd probably just make stir fry. That's what I end up doing with most soy chicken, especially if it's an asian brand because the brands i've had tend to have 5 spice or sesame oil or something in the ingredients, like they are flavored for stir fry.

Is it anything like the canned mock chicken? I often cook that in Japanese curry sauce.
