I love dill! It's my favorite herb, and whenever I have some it shows up everywhere. My favorite breakfast/snack is a Wasa cracker or bagel with vegan cream cheese, thin slices of radish, tomato or cucumber, salt/pepper, and tons of fresh dill. Like an open-faced tea sandwich. Yesterday I mixed chopped garlic, lots of lemon zest, dill, salt/pepper and olive oil and tossed it on roasted potato wedges, and that was good. I also made this green bean and potato salad (

I've also mixed it with soy sour cream or yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper (grated cucumber if you've got it) to make a sauce for falafel or roasted veggies.
