Does anybody have a recipe for the rice ball dumplings that they sell at Vegetarian Paradise 2 in New York? I can't figure out how they make them. Since I don't live there anymore, I'm desperate!
There's something about that rice that's sticky and sweet, with a little bit of mushrooms (I think?) Wrapped in this super thin translucent thing, and probably ponzu sauce for dipping?
Bonus challenge is a recipe for the Crispy Soul Chicken! Gosh, that stuff is so good...

I haven't had those, but it sounds maybe like sticky rice that you'd get at a thai or vietnamese restaurant, so maybe find a recipe for that first? You could also maybe email them and ask. sometimes restaurants will give you a recipe.
