I need a recipe for a really delicious apple crumble please! I have to make dessert for a dinner with family friends and I have so many delicious apples to use up. Help me out please!

I always thought of this as apple crisp, but I totally have a ton of apples on top of my fridge that I should do this with. Pretty easy subs to be vegan.

The Joy of Vegan Baking has the best apple crumble recipe! I'd made them over and over again and it never fail to please! Sorry I don't have the recipe now as I'm at work...
