I was gonna make corn chowder, but my potatoes actually look like crepe :( So that's a no go. I have about 2 cups of cashew cream to use. GO!

There's a recipe on the ppk blog for red wine cashew cream pasta. I've made it with red or white wine and it's freaking delicious!
