I have a can of sweetened condensed soymilk that just expired, and am looking for a fairly easy way to turn it into food. My first thought was fudge but all the recipes I can find use the 14-ounce Eagle can and my can is 11.6 ounces (i don't have the math chops to scale down that precisely). I tried searching for vegan recipes incorporating this ingredient, but all I get are recipes to make the ingredient from scratch.
I'm having a ton of back pain this weekend so am hoping to find something not terribly labor-intensive. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Eh, I just winged it with the fudge. I imagine it'll be entirely edible even if not flawless enough to serve to guests.
