Need Help: Best Vegan Recipe??

I'm participating in the Hug-a-Vegan thing:

But I want to make something over the top awesome! There are so many recipes, how can I choose just one?
What would you make???!! :)

are you going to actually hug this food? if so, nothing with frosting!

I'm kind of shy and don't want to put myself in the photo. But maybe my hand could hug it! Hahaha and then my mouth, of course. As long as it's chocolate frosting.

Or maybe I should hug a cupcake from VCTOTW? That's my favorite cookbook! I'm a cupcake-a-holic :).
