Post subject:  Uses for a ton of caesar dressing?

I made some kickass caesar dressing (a conflation of several different recipes) for a dinner salad last night, and I have a bunch leftover. While I can obviously just use it for several salad rematches, I was wondering if anyone has come up with some other creative uses for it. Suggestions?

Wraps and bowls are good options.

Can you marinate tempeh or tofu in it and then grill/sautee/panfry it? More importantly, will you share your recipe? :)

I use leftover dressing on steamed or roasted veg.

These are good ideas; keep 'em coming!

As to what I did, I sort of drew stuff from a few recipes and then winged it. Amounts are approximate, but this is (roughly) what I threw into the food processor and blended until smooth. It turned out really well, and a finger dipped into it this morning indicated that it's even better after sitting for awhile.

Caesar Dressing
~ 1 cup soaked raw cashews
~ 2-3 tbsp. minced garlic
~ 1 tbsp. capers w/liquid
~ 1/4 cup nooch
~ 1/4 cup vegan parmesan
~ 1/4 cup olive oil
~ 1/4 cup hummus
~ Juice of 1 lemon
~ 1 tsp. strong English mustard
~ 1 tsp. powdered dulse
~ A few grinds each of salt and black pepper
~ 3/4 - 1 cup water (or until you get the right consistency)

That recipe in AFR that's a chickpea quinoa salad? I use the caesar dressing on that instead of the balsamic. It's gooooood.

You can mix it with tomatoes or another veggie and put it on crispy bread slices, like bruschetta. Or just use as a dipping sauce for bread and fresh veggies. It's also good on burgers and sandwiches, especially if it is thick.

Maybe this is weird, but I'd make wingz and use it instead of ranch as a dipping sauce.

Put it in an IV bag, hook it up to my veins.
