Right now I just have Sriracha and Frank's original. I love a good hot sauce, but I have limited pantry/fridge space. Between Sriracha and Frank's, I pretty much have all of my bases covered.

I can't stand original Tabasco, but I like the chipotle and green varieties. Cholula is the stuff of magic, especially the chili lime kind.

For a while, we only used three varieties of Tabasco (original, green and habanero) because last year my mom had a ton of $1 off coupons and went a little crazy when they were on sale -- and then presented 6-7 bottles to us! ha. Now I really need a break from Tabasco. Though I was really excited when we we basically ran out so I could try a new one!

Right now we have:
- Tabasco habanero (only a little left thank god!)
- Rhode Island Red hot sauce (the new one I tried - really good!)
- Tortuga Caribbean Hell-Fire Hot Pepper Sauce, Scotch Bonnet (boyfriend's mom gifted this to us...actually more sweet than hell-fire hot)
- Sriracha

Wow, I feel like a lightweight. I have only Cholula, Franks, and Sriracha. One of these days I'll take a shot at making sriracha at home...

I have a bottle of that, I bought it in the supermarket in their small but packed British food stuffs section.

I was afraid after I bought it, with the habenaro, it'd be extremely hot. I tried it once with some nugget things, the sauce was brilliant! And just hot enough for me. I need to find more uses for it.

It's one of the dippy sauces I rotate through regularly. I really like it on burgers, or barbequed corn ears, or for dunking cheese on toast into.

At the moment just:

Tabasco (original)
Sriracha
and a chilli sauce from Tesco that isn't great.

I must pick up some Franks to make buffalo tofu, mmm!

I had a bottle of this 'pain is good' sauce ages ago, http://hotsauceandsalsa.com/multi-sauce ... auce-p-133 , it was tasty.

asparagus Kickin' Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce (bhut Jolokias)
Pain is Good Garlic Style (Habanero) http://www.originaljuan.com/pain-is-goo ... -hot-sauce
And a homemade one made with "usual" red chili peppers, not that strong, homegrown.

I wish I still hade some of my favorite hot sauce "African Rhino Peri Peri Hot Sauce" (http://www.hotsauce.com/African-Rhino-P ... 1235rh.htm)

At the moment:
Cholula Chipotle (recently also had garlic, but finished that off)
El Yucateco Habanero, regualar and xxxtra hot
San Luis
Salsa Huichol
Louisiana Hot Sauce
Tabasco
Tuong Ot Toi Vietnamese chili garlic sauce
and
5 and one quarter bottles of Secret Aardvark habanero (We got hooked on it in Portland, but only brought two bottles home and gave one away. They don't sell it outside Washington and Oregon, and won't ship less than 6 bottles. Considering the rate at which we are tearing through the first bottle, it's a good thing we have 5 more!)

Ooooh, I love chipotle tabasco. Thanks for reminding me, I'll have to pick some more up!

I guess I'm one of the few that likes Louisiana hot sauce. I don't like super spicy things and it's the perfect heat for me. We still use Sriracha more than anything else though. There are a bunch of bottles of other stuff that he uses but for me it's either Sriracha, Louisiana, or green habanero sauce I brought back from Mexico.

I've bought Sriracha for the first time. It's so addictive! So now I have

Sriracha
Encona West Indian Pepper Sauce and
Franks

I'm happy with my arsenal. Hot, but sweet is how I like 'em. Ha!

Right now, I only have sriracha. I think I need to go stock up! This is unacceptable.

I just bought a new bottle of Endorphin Rush. If you want a very hot, extract-based sauce and for a fair price this is the way to go. Not as hot as some of my ghost pepper sauces, but it's up there.

This thread is making my mouth water! I don't even know the names and brands of many of mine, but my first love was Cholula. Now I'm totally all over Tabasco Chipotle heaven. And asian chilli-garlic paste *drool*.

I'm not a fan of sweet hot sauces and that one looks like it is sweet.

I also am not a fan of Chipotle sauces like many here. I have to be in the right mood for chipotles and then I make my own sauce from a can.

It's not that I don't believe you ;), but what is it about Chipotle that people don't like?
