Hey guys! I'm going on a trip to a house in the woods this weekend, and gonna be away from any convenient foods (though we have a car and will likely use it for some meals). I always make something to take for the ride, as a snack, etc, and I'd like to make something celebratory of the change in season. I can't think of anything other than maybe a lemon raspberry or blueberry bread, but would love your suggestions. Muffins and Breads are much preferred, and the heartier/healthier it is, the better. We don't like to overdo it on the sugar at a time other than dessert.

Unlikely to be do-able yet but I made some Strawberry rhubarb muffins last spring that were delicious. (Basic muffin recipe, I usually just sub in applesauce for oil)

Something fruity! Orange?
