I have used Isa's wonderful Matzah Ball soup recipe for several years with great success.
This year I opened the pot after NOT OPENING IT FOR 40 MINUTES and it was total meal crumbs in boiling water.
YES, I did chill the dough for 1 hour and on the second try for 2 hours.
WAAAAAAAAA. IT was so sad.
But I served Isa's delicious broth with some cooked carrots and I had strained the matzah meal out of the boiling water and put it out on the table.
People just scooped some of the goop into their soup and loved it...but that's not what I am going for.
Riva what exactly are you going for then?
