So what are you snacking on? I admit I often combine small snacks together as a lunch...like a plate of fruit, some coconut yogurt and nuts...

My go to snacks right now:

Prunes: yes, after not eating them for like 16 year - I love them. My mom convinced me that I got really bad food poisoning from them (I had to go to the hospital) but i think it was a Cookie Monster cupcake she bought from a bakery.

Sahale Snacks - Valdosta: pecans, orange bits, pepper, salt, sweet - yes please!

Barbarah's Bakery - animal cookie cereal. Cinnamon reminds me of cinnamon toast crunch and the vanillia is like marshmallow-y goodness!

Pineapple: can't get enough of it! with lemon juice & chili powder - yes please!

A few of my recent faves are:

Brown rice chips and guacamole
Energy mix from Costco: dried cranberries, roasted edamame, pumpkin seeds and almonds
Fruit source bars, fig bars ( I like to keep a couple in my purse)
Tofutti herb and garlic cream cheese on crackers (this flavour is amazing, even omni's love it)
and of course I usually have at least 3-4 pieces of fresh fruit each day

I just ate some prunes too!

I like to buy frozen fruit to defrost and munch, so pretty soon I'll be enjoying some mango chunks.

I just polished off a blueberry scone with lemon icing (delish!) and am having a cup of Yoso blueberry yogurt now because I'm still kinda hungry after the scone and don't plan to eat dinner till around 9 tonight. But I guess today is blueberry snacks day!

Lately, I've been eating the date thumbprints from Get it Ripe, scones (from one of Isa's upcoming books) as my sweets. Once I polish off those, I'll make a batch of lemon bars (I always like to have a sweet thing and a salty thing on hand for snack attacks).

My love of potato chips and popcorn never changes so I snack on those.

Fresh fruits--usually at least 2-3 a day--bananas, red grapes, pears, apples, oranges (this time of year or whatever's year-round available). In summer: cherries, mangos, melons, berries and more summery fruits...plus banana! Always a banana with my breakfast or in a smoothie or in my oatmeal or as a snack. But a banana a day every day, somehow, someway!

I have 3 go to snacks:

I am a Hummus man at heart so it is usually some type of veggie dipped in generous amounts of hummus.

Kimmy brand Wasabi flavoured Nori....cheaper than making your own and only 15 calories per pack.

Handful of lentil sprouts straight from the sprouter.

honorable mention for flavoured and dried zucchini chips (or kale when it isn't 3 bucks for a tiny bunch)

Like Seitanic Verses, popcorn is a staple for me. I've also been snacking on hummus and broccoli.

My favorite snack these days is making a large batch of falafel from AFR and keeping the mix in the fridge and baking them as needed. I just finished off a plate of them!

I LIVE for snacking.

-Potato Chips, S&V, BBQ, Jalapeño, Plain sometimes
-Popcorn. Either fresh made with much nooch (and now a homemade dill pickle seasoning since the popcorn thread) or sometimes I love a nice store bought bag, TJ's veggie flavored or (Erin's? brand?) plain.
-Nori snackxxxxxxxx
-Chocolate
-Juanita's tortilla chips and Herdez Salsa, or sometimes just some sriracha.
-Whole Soy plain yogurt with cinnamon
-As many pickles as I can shove into my mouth
-Olives
-Princess brand pickled asparagus
-Herdez pickled Jalapeños/onions/carrots
-Ice cream, a chocolate or coffee type flavor
-Toast with EB and nooch
-Sourdough or french bread just plain and un-toasted, if I'm feeling fancy: with olive oil and balsamic
-TJ's almonds, forget the specific kind but the salt is super dry powdery and I love it
-More potato chips
-Cock and Balls
-Your Mom's Vag
-Potato Chips
-I love snacks

snacks are my downfall. I could eat chips all damn day. and I have before. Please refer to the chip thread that I posted in 90809380359 times.

I usually work till like 5, then hit the gym HARD until 630 or so, then come home and cook dinner. So I need a high protein, not too hight calorie snack right before or while I am making dinner, or I get really shakey and bisque-y.

Some of what I like:
-Hummus + Salsa on half a wheat tortilla rolled up (with tofu or whatevs if I have it)
-a few of Trader Joe's meatless meatballs heated up with some marinara sauce and some nooch. VERY high protein
-The Red Hot Tahini Sauce from the PPK blog with anything dipped in it
-if I have seitan in the fridge I will snack on it. Especially with Franks Red hot on it.
-Tortilla chips + hummus + tabasco green sauce
-boca chicken patty, cut into strips with ketchup (like I am a 5 year old)
-not sure if this counts, but just a few bites of whatever leftovers are in the fridge. It can sustain me until dinner

I like real snacks too. I shop at a place that has bulk bins.
VEGAN fruit snacks. They are soooo good.
some yummy popped corn thingies (think corn nuts, but bigger, no weird flavor just salt),
hot spicy southwestern trail mix,
wasabi peanuts (or peas, or wasabi anything)
Peanut butter filled pretzels
Roasted seaweed snacks

Very seldom do I get sweet cravings, but when i do I like soy pudding. The kind with the panda bear on the package.
Or the gelatin-free jello things from Trader joes

and of course bananas and/or luna bars. I do like luna bars. The new(ish) chocolate dipped coconut ones are bomb.

Grr. Chicki hungry now.

I tend to mix up my snacks a lot but today was a mini baked oatmeal (from an OSG recipe), cantaloupe, some applesauce, and cereal with unsweetened almond milk. I also really like trail mix and Larabars. Oh and fresh fruit.
